These days traditional deli's are closing shop at an alarming rate. So it is refreshing to see the success that has become Jimmy & Drew's Deli in Boulder, CO. In just four short years this deli has become a stronghold in the Boulder area winning numerous awards!

One of the most famouse sandwiches at Jimmy & Drew's is appropriately named "Jimmy's Favorite". While to many this sandwich may just seem to be another rueben sandwich, Jimmy makes it non-traditional by serving the sandwich on potato pancakes (latkes) instead of rye bread. Start with freshly made corned beef (made every night), add melted swiss cheese, saurkraut, homemade Thousand Island Dressing and pile all that between two freshly fried up potato pancakes.

The slight change-up of substituting potato pancakes for bread makes this a special sandwich. Of course, your doctor may not agree - but, hey, we all have to splurge every now and then!
