A and R Bar-B-Que - Memphis, TN

Just moments from Graceland is one of A & R's four locations. No question, BBQ is a subjective thing, however, most locals will agree that A&R has one of the best pulled pork shoulder around. The smoked taste of the pork was great, plus it had the perfect ratio of meat to bark to fat! Our only complaint was that there was too much sauce on top, it tended to hide the great flavor of the pork.

There are those in the area who enjoy the rest of A&R's menu, including the bologna sandwich, a slab of bologna that is smoked, grilled, sauced, and topped with coleslaw. Yummy.

A&R is really a great stop in the Memphis area, and you have to love their slogan:

"Anyone can put the heat 2 the meat, but only a few can bar-b-q"
