P.B. Loco Cafe - Scottsdale, AZ

I have always enjoyed buying P.B. Loco peanut butter. The quality is great and the varieties of flavors is outstanding: Peanut Butter with Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Peanut Butter with Jungle Banana, Peanut Butter with Asian Curry Spice, Peanut Butter with Sumatra Cinnamon and Raisin, just to name a few.

Now the folks behind the P.B. Loco peanut butter have begun opening P.B. Loco cafes. The first of which is here in Phoenix at the Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall (near Nordstrom).

The menu is what you would expect.... Peanut Butter! You can create you own sandwich combination or pick off of P.B. Loco's creative menu. I haven't had the guts to try "The Memphis" yet, it is peanut butter, bacon!, banana and honey. I do enjoy the "Yummer Nummer" which is peanut butter, banana and Nutella spread. How about the "Cinny Nilla" featuring Suratra Cinnamon & Raisin Peanut Butter with vanilla cream cheese, apple and carmel.

I thought I was a traditionalist, but I found myself enjoying the experience of creating my own bizarre concoctions. My biggest surprise was that I actually liked my PB sandwiches grilled!! Creamy and yummy!

For the little kid in you P.B. Loco will gladly cut the crusts off your bread selection!
